Returns

Important: Returns will need to be made back to our warehouse which is based in the United Kingdom.

If you need to return any stock please notify us at help@stylewisedirect.com and print the returns form here within 2 days of receiving goods, quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for return. If the item is faulty or damaged please ensure you return it within 7 days of receiving it and also provide a photo of the fault. Returns must be made in the original/undamaged packaging using a second class recorded delivery* with a debit note enclosed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties and also not liable for the postage fee for return. Once the items are received by us, refund will be credited by the same method of payment with which you made your original payment. We cannot exchange unwanted goods, but if possible it can be credited towards your next order at Stylewise Direct. Refunds can take 7 – 14 working days to reflect in your account.
