Shipping delays, although rare, are possible. Common reasons for delays:
- Customer in remote locations
- Customs
- General courier delays - Taxes, duties and clearance fees will be charged once the goods reach the delivery country. The courier will normally contact you directly to arrange this payment. If you fail to pay duties which results in the package being returned, we reserve the right to charge for the return shipment as well as a restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods
- Shipping weight is determined by product dimensions or by weight (whichever is greater)
- Invoices do not include local import duties and taxes.
- We reserve the right to apply a dispatch and restock fee of up to the total order value against the purchase amount of any order that has not been collected for any reason. Delivery of items will also not be refunded.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes
- Remote or extended regions may incur additional zonal charges
