Delivery Details

Orders paid for before 12:00 pm between Monday & Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders paid for after 12:00pm on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday*. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  • Order online and collect from our showroom in Manchester.
  • Collect any time from 10am to 5pm between Monday to Friday.
  • Proof of purchase will be required. E.g. Photographic ID such as passport or drivers license and proof of order confirmation
  • Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 working days of placing order

UK Next Day Delivery* - £10 / Free on orders over £1000 (Ex VAT)

USA Delivery – £26* up to 5kg then a charge of £5 per additional 5kg

  • Euro Zone 1.5 – £25
    • Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal (excluding Azores & Madeira), Spain (Excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla)
  • Euro Zone 1.51 -£25
    • Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia
  • Euro Zone 1.6 – £35
    • Andorra, Channel islands (Guernsey & Jersey), Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland
    • 0-10kg = £30. Over 10kg a charge of £5 will be added per additional 5kg 

As the UK has now left the European Union, customers in Europe will no longer be charged UK VAT on any orders placed (as they will be classed as exports).

Taxes, duties and clearance fees will be charged once goods reach the delivery country. The courier will normally contact the customer directly to arrange this payment.

  • Remaining ROW - £55 up to 10kg, then a charge of £15 per additional 5kg
